A London-based client who is a leading international experiential consultancy and event production facility had been struggling with slow internet speeds for months, severely impacting their productivity and day-to-day operations. Despite repeated attempts, their previous IT support provider was unable to offer a suitable solution due to the unavailability of full-fibre connectivity in the area.

The Challenge
The core issue was the lack of full-fibre infrastructure to the building. Without this, the client was restricted to sluggish broadband speeds that couldn't meet the demands of a modern, connected office. Making matters worse, there were connectivity blackspots throughout the workspace due to outdated networking equipment.

To complement the new connection, we also upgraded the internal network by installing new Unifi access points. This ensured consistent, high-speed wireless coverage across the entire office with no blackspots.

The Outcome
The client now benefits from ultra-fast, reliable internet that supports all aspects of their operations—from video conferencing and large file transfers to cloud-based workflows—with ease. Internal Wi-Fi performance has been dramatically improved, providing seamless connectivity throughout the office space.
